ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, return or exchange unless there was an error on our behalf.

In case a return is needed please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package. The hair must be in its original condition.

Items that have been cut, dyed and worn will not be accepted. If the item is accepted your payment will return back to its original payment method.
